Job summary

Caliber Collision Seneca is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center team. You will blueprint and execute repairs from minor dent to frame rebuilds using modern equipment and safety practices. You should have at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint and repair procedures aligned with factory specs.
• Attention to detail to ensure precise repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final fit/finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
