Job summary

Caliber Collision Ontario is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to perform full repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using blueprinting to ensure factory-spec alignment.

You will work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Eligible to work in the U.S., you must lift up to 50 lbs and commit to high standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to blueprint, straighten, and square components to factory specs.
• Strong attention to detail with tightened bolts and precise welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to return vehicles to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through.
