Caliber is seeking a skilled collision repair technician at our Anderson, IN center. You will perform full collision repairs, including panel and structural work, align components to factory specs, and ensure precise reassembly.

You’ll collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently through the shop. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and a strong commitment to quality with no shortcuts.

• Two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Lift up to 50lbs and work physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
