Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring for a collision repair technician at our Anderson, IN center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise techniques and quality reassembly to restore vehicles to factory specs.

We seek at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, with frame straightening and blueprint reading skills. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team-driven environment.

• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major structural work.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates across the shop to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
