Caliber's Service Center in Mankato is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to repair dents, frames, and panels to factory specs. You’ll work with painters, estimators and front office staff in a safety‑driven, fast‑paced environment, with I‑CAR and ASE training provided.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy.
