Qualifications

• Minimum two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames.
• No-shortcuts approach; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail; tightened bolts, perfected welds, and precise work.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first mindset collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
