Job summary

Caliber Collision Reedley - Downtown is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our busy service center. You’ll blueprint and execute repairs, restore panel alignment, and ensure factory specs with a focus on safety and quality.

Two years’ experience and a can-do, detail-focused attitude are required. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities to advance with I-CAR and ASE training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs with no shortcuts.
• Good eye for detail to ensure proper bolts, welds and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute collision repairs from start to finish.
• Handle panel and structural work up to factory specs.
• Perform quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through.
