The role emphasizes teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff, and requires physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs. Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Blueprints must be read and followed to factory specs.
• Detail-oriented with ability to weld and straighten frames.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and finish work.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the work location.
