Job summary

Caliber's Saint Francis, WI service center is hiring collision repair technicians. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered if you start this month.

You’ll work on fender benders through frame rebuilds using modern equipment, with opportunities to grow your career and learn I-CAR and ASE certifications. Qualifications include at least two years of collision experience, frame and structural know-how, and a strong teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
