Caliber’s Twin Falls - North Service Center is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our team. Start with a sign-on bonus of $1,500 and a competitive pay structure of up to $20–$30 per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
