Caliber is hiring at our Appleton, WI service center. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $1500 on your first paycheck if you start this month. You’ll work with modern equipment and be part of a shop focused on safe, high-quality collision repairs.

We value hands-on experience—2+ years turning wrecks into road-ready rides—with frame and structural know-how, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts and perfected welds.
• Physically fit for the job: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring parts to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
