Caliber's Chippewa Falls Service Center is hiring an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender work to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills to factory specs.
• Attention to detail with precise repairs.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across departments.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Full collision repair from Fender to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with finish attention.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
