Caliber Collision Montclair is seeking an experienced auto body technician to repair vehicles after accidents, from frames to panels, ensuring factory specs and quality finishes. You will work closely with painters, estimators, and the front office to deliver efficient, precise repairs in a team-driven environment.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on collision repair experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mindset; blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Sharp eye for details with tightened bolts, welds, and finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; works with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
