Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled auto damage repair technicians at our Clifton Heights center. You will perform full collision repairs, including fender benders and frame rebuilds, with a focus on precision, safety, and teamwork. Expect to work with top equipment and a supportive team across the shop.

Requirements include at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, and a no-shortcuts mindset. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• No shortcuts—precision repairs and proper welds.
• Keep bolts tightened and welds perfect with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
