Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians for our Service Center Long Beach. Expect to work on full-range automotive repairs, from frame and structural work to final reassembly, with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will collaborate with painters and estimators to deliver top-notch results in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, strong frame know-how, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Ability to blueprint, straighten, and square components to factory specs.
• Reliable, detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment.
• Collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move vehicles efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish considerations are met.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety standards.
