Job summary

Caliber Collision Concord, NH is seeking skilled auto body technicians to perform full collision repairs. You’ll blueprint, straighten frames, and restore assemblies to factory specs, while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

A minimum of two years’ hands-on experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. We offer competitive flat-rate pay from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, plus benefits, training (I-CAR, ASE), PTO, holidays, and day-one health, dental,

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: lift up to 50 lbs; team collaboration with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to restore to factory specs.
• Full collision repair: fenders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring bent/torn parts back to spec.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
