Job summary

Caliber’s Littleton Service Center is seeking skilled auto body technicians to repair and restore vehicles after collisions. You will blueprint, repair, and reassemble with focus on precision and factory-spec results.

You must have at least two years of experience, frame and structural know-how, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A team-first attitude helps you collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• Two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail for tightened bolts, welds, and finish quality.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first mindset; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Engage in full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work and return components to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
