Job summary

Caliber Collision's Manchester, NH center is hiring an experienced auto collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repair, including frame and structural work, blueprinting and precise assembly, collaborating with painters, estimators and front-office staff to deliver quality results.

You must have at least two years of hands-on experience, be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on repair experience converting wrecked vehicles to road-ready condition.
• Frame and structural know-how required; ability to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprinted, precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• High attention to detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work; return vehicle to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; final fit and finish matter.
• Collaborate with teammates across shop functions for smooth workflow.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols.
