Caliber Collision Concord NC is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to restore vehicles to factory specifications. You will blueprint, repair frames, and perform structural work with attention to detail and safety.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team, use modern equipment, and benefit from training (I-CAR, ASE), paid time off, and a competitive pay model with weekly pay and a flag rate to reflect experience.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with fit and finish as top priority.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work location safe and tidy at all times.
