Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square up.
• Blueprint and repair to factory specs with no shortcuts.
• Eye for detail; tightened bolts, welds, and quality.
• Physically capable; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and clean final finishes.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at the shop.
