Caliber Collision in Columbia, IL, is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to blueprint and execute repairs, handle panel and structural work, and ensure factory-spec alignment. You will work with a tight-knit team to restore vehicles to optimal condition.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, front office.

Responsabilités

• Blueprint and execute repairs precisely.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly and final touches.
• Work as a team to move cars through.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
