• Answer phones and greet customers.
• Create repair orders and schedule repairs and rental vehicles.
• Close repair orders in the management system and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Deliver customers to their satisfaction and ensure timely communication.

Job Summary

The first point of contact with the customer. Will act as a liaison with the customer and team to create an excellent experience for the customer. Schedules repairs, rentals, coordinates with insurance companies, receives payment, and follows up with accounts receivable.
