Job summary

M&J Auto Body Services in Van Nuys, CA, is seeking a motivated Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with annual range and potential commission incentives.

Responsibilities include preparing repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurers, and collaborating with technicians to ensure feasible repairs. Prior DRP exposure is a plus and ASE/I-CAR credentials are a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in auto body estimating or similar role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes and cost calculation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and evaluate repair costs.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates including labor, parts and materials.
• Explain estimates to customers and coordinate with insurers.
