Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair estimating preferred.
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures and methods.
• Experience using CCC ONE and Mitchell Connect estimating software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple repairs with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
• Explain repair processes to customers to sell services.
• Coordinate with technicians on repair plans and supplements.
• Work with insurance companies to process supplements and approvals.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers.
• Collect final payments and complete repair documentation.
• Maintain accurate repair files and admin records.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for scheduled appointments and walk-in customers
• Sell repair services by clearly explaining the repair process
• Communicate with technicians regarding repair plans and supplements
• Work directly with insurance companies to process supplements and approvals
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers
• Collect final payments and complete repair documentation
• Maintain accurate repair files and administrative records
