Job summary

BALISE AUTO SALES INC is seeking an Appraiser to inspect, photograph, and appraise damage to vehicles involved in accidents. You will analyze damage, estimate repairs, and prepare insurance forms with detailed cost estimates for approval.

Requires 3–5 years of auto physical damage appraisal experience, collision center familiarity, and ability to work with electronic appraisal formats (CCC Pathways). I-CAR certification is preferred but not required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in auto physical damage appraisals.
• Collision Center experience and/or familiarity with field adjusters/insurance.
• I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.
• CCC Pathways or other electronic appraisal formats required.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze damage to vehicles and other property.
• Examine body, structure, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage.
• Estimate repairs using repair manuals and knowledge.
• Review repair costs with team and finalize damage assessment.
