Job summary

Paycom - ATS Collision Center is seeking an experienced Collision Appraiser to inspect, photograph, and appraise vehicle damage for auto claims. You will analyze damage, estimate repairs, and prepare insurance forms with cost details and recommendations.

Responsibilities include reviewing repair costs with the team, communicating with customers and vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation. A valid appraisal license and 3–5 years of auto damage appraisal experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in auto physical damage appraisals.
• Collision Center experience or familiarity with field adjusters/insurance.
• CCC Pathways or other electronic appraisal formats required.
• I-CAR certification preferred, but not required.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
