You will coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners to ensure timely communication, repair accuracy, and profitability.

• Gather vehicle photos and accident details to support estimators.
• Keep customers informed of repair status and progress updates.
• Verify insurance, liability, and rental coverage prior to appointments.
• Receive and process parts and sublet invoices; confirm estimate accuracy.
• Schedule and manage sublet appointments for customer vehicles.
• Conduct final quality control checks before vehicle delivery.
• Assist with insurance approvals and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Support team members and take on additional projects as needed.
