Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage ordering, receiving and tracking auto parts for each repair order. You’ll verify parts quality and quantity, communicate with shop teams, and ensure timely distribution per production schedules.

You will enter invoices into the MIS, track price changes, and coordinate with vendors to secure parts and discounts. The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and solid customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3+ years of experience working with automotive parts.
• Customer service oriented with strong organizational ability.
• I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Work with vendors to order and receive all parts as indicated on the repair orders confirming quality, correctness and quantity of parts received.
• Enter all parts invoices into the Management Information System (MIS).
• Label and track all parts by the R.O.# and store them with the vehicle and/or scheduled repairs.
