The Boyd Group is seeking a Managers in Training to learn the company’s WOW Operating Way and become an expert on processes across CSR, Parts Coordination, and Estimation roles. This program emphasizes hands-on certification and onboarding to ensure readiness to lead in a high-performance collision and glass service environment.

You'll complete multiple role-based certifications, participate in onboarding, and progressively take on responsibilities across shop positions while maintaining safety

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Complete CSR Role Based Certification and perform CSR duties for several weeks.
• Complete Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and perform Part Coordinator duties.
• Complete Estimator Role Based Certification and perform Estimator duties for several months.
• Must complete RBC for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Job Description:

Managers in Training are responsible for learning to be experts on Gerber Collision & Glass' processes and every positions’ responsibilities in the WOW Process while WOWing every customer and striving to be the best.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Take the CSR Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of a CSR for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the CSR role.
• Take the Parts Coordinator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of Part Coordinator for several weeks to ensure knowledge of the Parts Coordinator role.
• Take Estimator Role Based Certification and successfully perform the duties of an Estimator for several months to ensure knowledge of the Estimator role.
• Must successfully complete the RBC (role based competencies) for each position in the shop.
• Complete the GM Onboarding program and demonstrate knowledge of the WOW Operating Way.

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• College or Military background preferred.
• Automotive technical education training preferred.
• Completed courses specializing in repair procedures.

Compensation Details

$33 - 47 / Hour

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.

Supplemental Pay:

This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
