Job summary

Avondale Group is seeking skilled collision center technicians to join our state-of-the-art facility in Grapevine, TX. You will diagnose and repair unibody and full-frame damage, measure with Celette and Car-O-Liner, replace body panels, and reinstall interiors.

A high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year related experience, plus a valid driver's license, are required. We offer competitive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate Celette and Car-O-Liner measurement systems.
• Diagnose and repair unibody structural damage.
• Diagnose and repair full-frame vehicles.
• Replace and repair body panels.
• Replace damaged wiring harnesses or reinstall harnesses after body repair.
• Remove and reinstall interiors.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or
• equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)

• Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
