Job summary

Avondale Group, a Mercedes-Benz dealership family, is hiring a Sales Greeter at Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine. Greet clients as they enter, extend hospitality, and direct them to the right team member.

This entry-level role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and schedule flexibility. You will support CCR procedures and uphold privacy and information-security standards while delivering a warm, professional first impression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility with schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offer hospitality.
• Determine clients' needs, and locate the appropriate member to assist.
• Introduce client to the appropriate member.
• Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction.
• Know and understand the Avondale Privacy and Information Security and adhere to the requirements.
• Follow other administrative duties that may be assigned.

Our Avondale Mercedes-Benz Sales Greeters are a very crucial position at the dealership as they are the first person a client meets as they walk in. The Sales Greeter must ensure an initial elevated impression by greeting clients, offering hospitality, and introducing them to the appropriate member based on their needs.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
