Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine Car Washers ensure an elevated client experience by cleaning and detailing vehicles that have been sold or repaired, while supporting brand-impacted service standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction at a premium dealership.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to drive and operate vehicle.
• Washes, waxes, and buffs vehicles, dress wheels and tires.
• Vacuum interiors and trunks.
• Cleans all glass components thoroughly.
• Inspects and cleans engine compartment.
• Operates car wash where available and follows CCR process to achieve client satisfaction.

Our Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine Car Washers ensure an elevated client experience while creating client advocates. They are integral to the success of the company and client satisfaction. The Car Wash members clean and detail vehicles that have been sold or repaired while also having the opportunity to work on some of the most intriguing brands and vehicles in the world while having the following responsibilities.

• Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
• Washes, waxes, and buffs vehicles, dress wheels and tires
• Vacuums interiors and trunks
• Cleans all glass components thoroughly
• Inspects and cleans engine compartment
• Operates car wash where availableMaintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)

Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
