Overview:
Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for overseeing the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

Skills and Knowledge

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics
• Prior experience with CCC1
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Customer service skills for internal and external clients
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
