JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center's operations. This includes risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing past financial data to identify opportunities and trends. The Collision General Manager ensures that vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably, adhering to Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance standards, and industry guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of collision management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage.

ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Experience with CCC1 software.
• Thorough knowledge of repair processes and procedures.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, personable and friendly with internal and external customers.
• Physical ability to perform activities such as reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
