Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs: Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure high throughput, quality, and efficiency, meeting or surpassing KPIs.
  2. Labor assignment and production management: Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize vehicles for teardown or paint.
  3. Teammate support: Support teammates during peak times by assisting with customer reception, vehicle check-in, and estimate writing as needed.
  4. Monitor and attain production goals: Ensure repairs align with Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards, are billed correctly, and PPE protocols are followed for safety.
  5. Complete shop payroll and staffing: Ensure timely payroll processing, manage PTO, vacation, or leave for staff.
  6. Manage daily production flow: Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
  7. Write DRP complaint estimates: After disassembly and damage assessment, prepare and update estimates, and lock final estimates.
  8. Team acquisition, coaching, and development: Understand role requirements, participate in hiring, and provide performance coaching and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  1. Knowledge of Collision Industry, including insurance procedures for various carriers.
  2. Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
  3. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
  4. Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  5. Proficiency in estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
  6. Proficient with computers and technology.
  7. Valid driver’s license required.
