Job summary

Caliber Collision Northport is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, process reviews, and manage vehicle intake and final paperwork prior to delivery.

You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards. A strong sales orientation and knowledge of repair processes are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid drivers license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize DRP paperwork.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates.
