Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator in Fresno, CA. The Estimator will write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize all paperwork before vehicle delivery, including DRP and final invoices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and finalize total loss documentation.
• Conduct process reviews and check in customer vehicles.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
