Job summary

Caliber Collision in Fresno, CA is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake to final delivery. The role requires hands-on estimating with CCC1 or similar software and a sales-oriented approach to customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and is comfortable coordinating with customers and shop personnel to keep repairs on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans and vehicle status to customers.
