You will handle total loss administration and communicate post‑repair plans to customers while following Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualifying candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair communications with customers.
• Comply with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
