Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Orange, CA. The role includes writing estimates, reviewing processes, checking in customer vehicles, and finalizing paperwork before delivery.

You will communicate the post-repair plan and vehicle status to customers while adhering to safety standards. With 2+ years of estimating experience and a valid driver’s license, you’ll join a team that values sales ability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repair.
• Conduct process reviews and vehicle status checks.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers.
