Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Brea, CA to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicle status from intake to delivery. This role includes finalizing DRP and invoices and communicating repair plans to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid license, and familiarity with CCC1. Exciting career growth and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Provide post repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
