Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all duties including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final customer paperwork prior to delivery. You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision estimating and sales
• License to appraise motor vehicle physical damage
• Ability to read and understand repair procedures
• Strong communication with customers and team

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and review process steps
• Check-in customer vehicles and gather needed information
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair status to customers
