Job summary

This role also handles total loss administration and communicates post-repair plans and status updates to customers while following safety rules.

Requirements include 2+ years of estimating experience and a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Provide post repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
