Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in San Marcos to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer communications from intake through final paperwork. You will coordinate vehicle status updates and ensure compliance with company safety standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Vehicle Damage Appraisers license. Training and advancement opportunities are available within Caliber’s nationwide network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair communications with customers.
