Ambassador AutoPlex is hiring an experienced Collision Estimator / Service Advisor for our Houston collision repair operation. You will manage the repair process from initial customer contact through delivery, while staying in close contact with customers, insurers, technicians, and shop management.

Responsibilities include writing estimates and supplements, inspecting damage, coordinating with insurance and DRP partners, reviewing OEM procedures, and maintaining thorough repair files.

Ambassador AutoPlex is hiring an experienced Collision Estimator / Service Advisor to join our growing Houston collision repair operation.

We are looking for a motivated estimator who can manage the repair process from initial customer contact through vehicle delivery while maintaining strong communication with customers, insurance carriers, technicians and shop management.

Ambassador AutoPlex operates multiple collision and automotive repair facilities throughout the Greater Houston area and works with major insurance carriers and DRP programs.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate collision repair estimates and supplements
• Inspect vehicle damage and identify required repair procedures
• Work with insurance adjusters and DRP partners
• Review OEM repair procedures and documentation
• Maintain complete and accurate repair files
• Communicate repair status with customers
• Coordinate with technicians, parts and production staff
• Monitor repairs throughout the production process
• Identify and document supplements promptly
• Maintain strong closing ratios and customer satisfaction
• Ensure completed repairs are properly documented before delivery
• Help achieve store sales, cycle‑time and gross‑profit objectives

Qualifications

• Collision estimating or automotive service‑writing experience preferred
• CCC ONE experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of collision repair procedures, parts and labor operations
• Experience working with insurance claims and supplements
• DRP experience is a plus
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple repair files simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
