Job summary

Dayton Toyota and Dayton Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Estimator to join a high-volume shop that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork. You will greet customers, assess damage, and write precise repair estimates using leading software, while coordinating scheduling and ensuring compliant documentation.

The role requires 2+ years of estimator experience, familiarity with CCC/Mitchell/AutoTech, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator.
• Knowledge of major estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in person or through photos
• Write accurate repair estimates using [CCC One/Mitchell/AutoTech/etc.]
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• Coordinate repair scheduling and parts ordering
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with insurance requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator (preferred)
• Knowledge of major estimating software (CCC, Mitchell, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
