Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and finalizing paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. Must have 2+ years of collision estimating experience and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is required, along with a strong sales orientation and the ability to work in North Richland Hills, TX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
