Job summary

Caliber Collision in West Plano is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. This role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

CCC1 software experience is a plus, with strong sales orientation and customer communication skills integral to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for insurance and customers.
• Perform process reviews and vehicle intake.
• Prepare final paperwork and DRP/invoice.
• Provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and Caliber standards.
