Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator in Texas centers to write estimates, review processes, check in vehicles and finalize paperwork before delivery.

You will handle total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and standards. A valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License and CCC1 experience are required, with strong sales orientation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license.
• Licensed as a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery.
• Manage total loss administration and post-repair communications.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers per company standards.
