Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating tasks, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery. The role supports total loss administration and communicates post-repair plans with customers.

Candidates should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and processes.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and total loss administration.
• Communicate post-repair plan and provide vehicle status updates to customers.
